Ingredients
• 150g chopped dates
• 100g almonds
• 100g cranberries
• 100g oats
• 1 tbs desiccated coconut
• 1 tbs smooth peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice
Method
1 Simply blitz all the ingredients to a smooth texture, if the mixture is dry add a splash of water.
2 Roll the mixture into round balls and coat with melted dark chocolate/coconut or leave as plain.
3 Keep in the fridge to set.
