Whip up this delicious chocolate oat bowl a great breakfast/snack option and packed with goodness. Made with oats, pistachio, chai spice, nuts and seeds this is delightful tasty dish

Vegan / Serves 2

• 1 cup porridge oats
• 1 tbs cacao powder
• 1/3rd cup chopped dates-optional
• 1/3rd cup mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds
• 1/3rd cup chopped almonds and pistachio combined-Nuts used are from wonderfulpistachios
• 1 tsp chai spice
• 1 pear grated
• 1 cup almond milk

1 Simply add all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the pear and milk and mix well until combined.
2 Keep in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.
3 Garnish with fresh raspberries or fruit of your choice, chopped pistachio and natural yoghurt.
4 This oat based bowl can be kept in the fridge overnight and add any toppings of your choice.
