Pasta, pasta pasta in a super smooth avocado sauce. A perfect meal for anyone plant-based made using @dececco_pasta @nushfoods cream cheese @violife_foods vegan feta


Ingredients
• 4 cups pasta
• 1 large ripe avocado
• 2 tbs dairy free cream cheese
• 1 tbs pesto
• 1 garlic clove chopped
• 1 cup baby tomatoes halved
• 1 green pepper roughly chopped
• Handful of basil
• Chilli flakes

Method
1 Boil the pasta according to packet instructions, drain and set aside.
2 Drizzle some olive oil in a pan on a medium heat, add the garlic, tomatoes and peppers and saute, add the pasta, chilli flakes and season.
3 Meanwhile blend the avocado, pesto and cheese spread and add a splash of water to a smooth creamy consistency.
4 Add the sauce into the pasta and mix, top with basil and crumbled feta.
