Nothing beats a bowl of hot porridge made with almond milk, frozen cherries and poached fruit topped with seeds, nut butter and some cacao nibs


Ideal for busy days, this bowl of oats will keep you fuller for longer and kick start your morning! For this creation, I used products from @thegreatbritishporridgeco, @almondbreezeuk @naturya and @pipandnut

Ingredients
• 1 cup of oats
• 1 cup of almond milk or any milk of your choice
• 1 pear sliced
• 1 peach sliced
• 1/2 cup of frozen cherries
• Handful of pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbs nut butter
• Handful of cacao nibs
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1tsp vanilla extract

Method
1 Heat the porridge oats with the spices, vanilla and almond milk and simmer until thickened. Add more water/milk if desired.
2 Poach the fruit in some water and add in the frozen cherries at the end.
3 Top porridge with poached fruit, cacao nibs, seeds and nut butter.
4 Serve with some yoghurt.
