Ingredients
• 1 cup of plain flour
• 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 flax egg or normal egg
• 1 tbs cacao powder
• 2 apples sliced
• 1 cup of frozen cherries
Method
1 Add the apples and poach in some water and add the frozen berries right at the end until softened.
2 In a large bowl add the dry ingredients and mix. Add the almond milk and flax egg and whisk until smooth consistency.
3 Add some oil onto a frying pan and on a medium heat, ladle the pancake mixture into a small-medium circle and cook for a few minutes on each side.
4 Top pancakes with fruit, tahini and honey.
