A tasty little snack as well as a lovely food gift. These are made with dried fruit and nuts, so if you are feeling like you need some energy try these delicious energy balls

▪️ 1 pack of @whitworthsuk stoned dates or chopped dates
▪️ 1/4 cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds
▪️ 1 tbs peanut butter
▪️ 1 tbs hazelnut cocoa spread @wholeearthfoods – can use any chocolate spread
▪️ 1/4 cup cranberries
▪️ 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
▪️ 1 cup almonds

1 Soak the dates in a little hot water until softened.
2 Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
3 Make in to round balls.
4 Dip some into melted dark chocolate. I used @waitroseandpartners turmeric and ginger dark chocolate. Keep in the fridge to set.
