These nourishing bars are packed with goodness and a simple snack recipe to whip up. A combination of sweet, salt, sour taste along with a nutty and crunchy texture. Seeds are a source of healthy fats and fibre as well as other nutrients. Make it your own by adding your favourite nuts and seeds


Ingredients
• 125g mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds- I used munchyseeds cinnamon flavour sweetened mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
• 1/2 cup flaked almonds
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
• 1/4 cup oats
• 1/4 cup cranberries

Method
1 In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix, add the oil and nut butter and combine.
2 Line a tray with greaseproof paper, add the mixture onto the tray and pat into a square/rectangle shape.
3 Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle over the mixture.
4 Pop into the fridge or freezer overnight until set.
5 Cut into bars or desired shape. These bars have a crumbly texture and are best kept in the fridge.
