This breakfast is one to try, quick to make and lasts for a few days. Not only is this dish tasty but also nutritious and a filling and satisfying bake


Ingredients
• 1 cup of oats
• 1 cup of muesli-optional
• 1 tbs flaxseed
• 1 tbs cacao powder
• 1 tbs desiccated coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-2 cups of milk of your choice I used almond milk
• 1 banana mashed
• Handful of chopped cashews
• Grated dark chocolate

Method
1 Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
2 In a baking dish add the oats, muesli, flaxseed, cacao, vanilla, banana and coconut and mix together.
3 Add the milk gradually and mix until combined.
4 Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until oats are set.
5 Top with cashews and grated chocolate.
6 Serve with some natural yoghurt and any extra toppings you like.
