• 1 slab of 85% dark chocolate – you can also use milk chocolate
• 2 Handfuls of mixed dried fruit – cranberry works well
• A handful of crystallised ginger chopped – optional
• 2 handfuls of your choice of nuts roughly chopped-pistachio brings our colour and flavour
1 Melt the dark chocolate in a glass proof dish over a pan of boiling water.
2 Spread the melted dark chocolate on a tray, lined with greaseproof paper.
3 Sprinkle the nuts, dried fruit and ginger.
4 Place in the freezer until set.
5 Break the chocolate into barks and serve.
