You can’t go wrong with chocolate Chai pancakes, especially when they have a drizzle of tahini and nut butter. This recipe is delicious, simple, quick and nutritious


Ingredients
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 cup oat milk @momafoods
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbs cacao powder
• 1 tsp chai spice
• 1/2 cup oats

Method
1 Mix all the dry ingredients, whisk in the milk. Allow batter to sit for a few minutes.
2 Heat a pan with some oil, ladle the pancake batter and cook for a few minutes on each side.
3 To make the drizzle I mixed some tahini with some cocoa peanut butter.
4 Serve with frozen berries and drizzle your favourite sauce.
