Toast Tuesday for my fellows! If you need something to brighten and kickstart your morning this is a super delish breakfast



My chia berry jam with a layer of crunchy and smooth peanut butter topped on wholemeal bread @picspeanutbutter @manilife_

Ingredients
• Handful of frozen berries
• Handful of chia seeds
• Squeeze of syrup of your choice e.g. maple syrup
• Spread of peanut butter

Method
1 Simmer berries on a low heat along with chia seeds until thickened.
2 Add a splash of water along with your syrup.
3 Spread your nut butter on toast, top with chia jam.

Breakfast is a great way to get some energy and nutrition and this breakfast will definitely keep you going also contains fibre from the bread!
