• Handful of frozen berries
• Handful of chia seeds
• Squeeze of syrup of your choice e.g. maple syrup
• Spread of peanut butter
1 Simmer berries on a low heat along with chia seeds until thickened.
2 Add a splash of water along with your syrup.
3 Spread your nut butter on toast, top with chia jam.
