When you dream about breakfast the night before, it’s time for a quick fruit chocolate crumble

I had some left over poached fruit so decided it’s time to make use of it and felt like something different this morning! @wholeearthfoods

• 2 tbs oats
• 1tsp coconut oil
• 1tsp cacao powder
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• Squeeze of any syrup (I used date syrup)
• Handful of cashew nuts
• 1 tsp of cacao nut butter spread.

1 Mix all the ingredients in a pan on low heat, top it over your fruit and place under the grill until lightly toasted.
2 Serve crumble with yoghurt! This is a winner breakfast for me containing fibre from the oats and fruit and packed with nutrients!
