This was made with @kokodairyfree and @nushfoods dairy free yoghurt topped with berries and toasted nuts and a drizzle of @benefitchocolate melted dark chocolate. This is a great one for kids too
Ingredients
• 5 bananas
• 1 tbs chopped hazelnuts
• 1 tsb flaked almonds
• 1 tsb chopped almonds
• 1/2 slab dark chocolate
• Handful of raspberries
• Handful of blueberries
• 5 tbs yoghurt of your choice
Method
1 Slit the bananas into halves-boat shape.
2 Fill each banana boat with a tbs of yoghurt and spread.
3 Top with berries.
4 Toast all the nuts in a pan until roasted.
5 Melt the dark chocolate into a glass bowl on a pan of hot water.
6 Sprinkle the boats with nuts and drizzle with dark chocolate.
